Back In Time Gallery is operated by Donna Bonin. A native of Hamilton Ontario, Donna moved to Belleville following graduation from Queen’s University where she taught physical education, art, and English at Moira Secondary school. Since retirement in 2000, painting and teaching watercolour courses has become a full time second career.Donna’s medium of choice is primarily watercolour. Her paintings are well known for their colour, impression of realism, and wide variety of subject matter….landscapes and wildlife; florals; Ontario country and city scapes; scenes from her travels around the world; and some imaginative abstracts. Her watercolours have been well received at juried shows throughout Ontario, in new York State, and Europe.
Donna’s Home/Gallery is a unique venue in which to show more than 100 of her paintings. It is a large rambling homestead built in 1846 on the north-west corner of Oak Lake. In addition to Watercolours, there are limited edition prints, greeting cards, and some oils and pastels available. Works of guest artists round out the display.

In the Summers (June 25 to September 10) open Wednesday through Saturday 11am to 5pm (Note: closed July 29 & 30 and August 4-6)
In the Spring and Fall (April through to June 24 and September 10 through to November) open Tuesday & Wednesdays 11am to 4pm, Tuesdays 2pm to 5pm and Saturdays 11am to 5pm.
